Before you join

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before joining the club — straight answers.

Do I need to know how to ride?

No. The equestrian side is the soul of the club, not a requirement to join — most of club life happens in sport, wellness, dining and time together, whether or not a horse is involved.

What exactly is a membership?

A place in the club, held through a right of use: extendable, inheritable, transferable and sellable. It is not the purchase of a property.

How much does it cost?

From $450,000 MXN. The club hasn't opened commercially yet, so there are no sales or reservations today: what you can do is join the waiting list to learn the full terms as soon as places open up.

When does it open?

In three stages. The first, the Zen Wellness Park, has already begun (Opening planned for December 2026). Dates are working estimates, not committed dates: they depend on the project's progress and on the permits in process. Stage 3, the complete club, has no date yet.

Where is it?

In the Distrito Hípico, south of Cancún, across two adjoining parcels totalling 15,500 sqm.

Who runs the equestrian side?

Centro Ecuestre del Caribe, founded in 1996, under a lifetime agreement with the club. It's led by Lourdes Belaunzarán, national champion in 2008 and 2009.

Can I reserve a spot today?

No. The parcels are still going through permitting, and there are no reservations or sales — no money changes hands yet. What you can do today is join the waiting list so we can tell you as soon as it opens.
